Amendment of Section 5 of the Basic '
Y° agreement. Section 5 of the Basic Agreement is hereby

disposal of sewage hereafter collected by the City and

Agreement, a sewage disposal charge determined as provided
in this Section 5. ` •'
1. For the quarterly periods ending March 91,

n unusual quality or composition requiring special treatment,
or Metro may require pretreatment of such sewage or wastes. t :

An additional charge may be made for quantities of storm or �•� o0
r10 ground raters entering those Local Sewerage facilities which
' are constructed after January 1, 1961 in excess of ther o

regulations of Metro.
