Install (1) replacement Spring Hinge at each of the (97) Water Heater Closet Doors NOTE: Neil Maune, building inspector, has been notified of the successful trial installation of the 3rd spring hinge on one door. He has been invited to check that installation to be sure that it meets his expectations for door closure and latching. Meanwhile, because of the scheduling constraints, we are authorizing the procurement and installation anyway.
