• Paint curbs BRIGHT RED in parking lot as designated on attached sketch.
• Paint curb returns BRIGHT RED at north end of loop road, east and west
locations. Continue BRIGHT RED paint as 4" pavement edge marker from ends of
curbs to the barrier gate locations. See attached sketch.
NOTE: The painting of 4" wide Bright Red fire lane markings on each side of the
access road, from the roundabout easterly to the east end of the road, was
included on the original plans This painting has not yet been accomplished.

3. Install (1) replacement Spring Hinge at each of the (97) Water Heater Closet Doors
NOTE: Neil Maune, building inspector, has been notified of the successful trial
installation of the 3rd spring hinge on one door. He has been invited to
check that installation to be sure that it meets his expectations for door
closure and latching. Meanwhile, because of the scheduling constraints, we
are authorizing the procurement and installation anyway. If another solution
is required then appropriate follow-up changes will be made.
