City of Renton Celebrates the 13th Season of the Renton Farmers Market
Renton Farmers Market opens Tuesday, June 3
RENTON: Shop to your heart’s content at this year’s Renton Farmers Market where you will find farm
fresh produce, flowers, baked goods, seafood, meat, honey, and so much more. With 60 vendors each
week, everyone is sure to find something!
Located at the beautiful Piazza Park in downtown Renton (3rd Avenue South and Burnett Avenue),
Renton Farmers Market runs each Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. , beginning June 3 through
September 30.
Weekly events at the market include the “Taste of Renton” featuring one local restaurant dishing up
samples from 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.; the ever-popular Kids’ Patch, offering fun projects for the little ones;
live entertainment from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Master Gardeners on hand throughout the
growing season.
New for the 2014 season: artisans and crafters will be at our new expanded location, just across Logan
Avenue from the Piazza Park.

Free parking is available to shoppers for two-hours in the City Center Garage with entry on Second
Avenue.
