Free lunch will be served for children ages one to 18 at various Renton community sites, regardless of where they live and their family income. The program will run from Monday, June 27, through Friday, August 19. Registration is not required. Lunch is served Monday through Friday unless noted. Lunch will not be served on July 1, 4, and 5. Lunch must be eaten on-site. The Mobile Summer Lunch Program will also provide free lunch, making stops at Royal Hills Apartments, Greentree & Park Hill Apartments, and Stonebrook Apartments from June 27 to August 19; Burnett Linear Park from June 27 to August 17; and Liberty Park from June 28 to August 18. Lunch will not be served on July 1, 4, and 5. A Summer Extravaganza, with free arts and crafts and The Get Up and Go Show (presented by Recess Monkey), will follow the lunch program on Thursday, July 21, at Heritage Park, 233 Union Ave NE.
