Pole 4/1 and 4/2
4/2: From Newcastle laydown yard at parcel # 3345100220, travel east on SE 95th Way approximate 600
feet to pole 4/2 located on parcel # 3345100450
4/1: Travel south through PSE transmission corridor from pole 4/2 located off of SE 95th Way
Pole 3/7 to 3/10
3/10: From Newcastle laydown yard at parcel # 3345100405, travel west on SE 95th Way, turn south on
122nd Ave SE and follow road until it gradually turns east into SE 100th St. Follow SE 100th St
approximately 1,400 feet east until road crosses transmission line corridor. Access 3/10 north off of SE
100th St via transmission line corridor.
3/9: Where transmission line corridor crosses SE 100th ST, access 3/9 south off SE 100th ST.
3/8 and 3/7: From Newcastle laydown yard at parcel # 3345100405, travel west on SE 95th Way, turn
south on 122nd Ave SE and follow road until it gradually turns east into SE 100th St. Turn south on 126th
Ave SE and follow approximately 400 feet until road crosses transmission line corridor. Access 3/8 and
3/7 off of 126th Ave SE via the transmission line corridor.
3/6: From Newcastle laydown yard at parcel # 3345100405, travel west on SE 95th Way, turn south on
122nd Ave SE and follow road until it gradually turns east into SE 100th St. Turn south on 126th Ave SE
and follow to SE 104th St. Turn west on SE 104th St and follow approximately 700 feet until the road
crosses the transmission line corridor. Access 3/7 north off SE 104th St via the transmission line corridor.
Poles 3/5 to 3/2
From Newcastle laydown yard at parcel # 3345100220, travel east on SE 95th Way to Coal Creek
Parkway. Travel south on Coal Creek Parkway to NE Sunset Blvd approximately 1 mile until road crosses
the transmission line corridor. Access 3/3, 3/4 and 3/5 north off NE Sunset Blvd via the transmission line
corridor.
Poles 3/1 to 2/6
Travel west from Coal Creek Parkway on NE Sunset Blvd, turn east on NE 12th ST until the intersection of
Monroe Ave NE. Turn south on Monroe Ave NE and access poles 3/1, 2/10, 2/9, 2/8, 2/7 and 2/6 from
the roadway.
Poles 2/5 to 2/1
2/5 to 2/2: Following same main haul route as 3/1 to 2/6, continue south along Monroe Ave NE from
2/6 (at approximately at NE 7th St) to NE 4th ST. Access poles 2/5, 2/4, 2/3, and 2/2 off of Monroe Ave
NE and Renton Technical College parking areas.
2/1: Turn west on NE 4th ST from Monroe Ave NE approximately 240 feet until road crosses
transmission line corridor. Access 2/1 through transmission line corridor from NE 4th ST.
Poles 1/7 and 1/6
1/7: Continuing from pole 2/1, travel east on NE 4th St to Jefferson Ave NE. Travel southeast on
Jefferson Ave NE approximately 880 feet until road crosses transmission line corridor. Access 1/7 from
Jefferson Ave NE via transmission line corridor.
1/6: From 1/7 continue south on Jefferson Ave NE approximately 200 feet, and access 1/6 via parking
lot on parcel # 1434000020.
Poles 1/5 and 1/4
Traveling west on NE 4th ST from Monroe Ave NE, follow the road as it turns into NE 3rd St until it
intersects with Edmond Ave SE. Travel south on Edmonds Ave SE approximately 530 feet to the
intersection of NE 1st St. Travel east/southeast on NE 1st street approximately 1,300 feet until the road
crosses the transmission line corridor. Access 1/5 north, and 1/4 south from NE 1st ST via the
transmission line corridor.
Poles 1/3 to 1/1
1/3: As with 1/5 and 1/5, travel south on Edmonds Ave SE from NE 3rd St. Continue south until the
intersection of SE 2nd Pl, then continue to travel south on on Edmonds Ave SE for approximately 450 feet
to the intersection of SE 3rd St. Travel east approximately 580 feet until the intersection Ferndale Ave
SE. Access 1/3 north from Ferndale Ave SE via the transmission line corridor.
1/2 and 1/1: Continue south until the intersection of SE 2nd Pl, then continue to travel south on
Edmonds Ave SE for approximately 450 feet to the intersection of SE 3rd St. Travel east approximately
480 feet until the road crosses the transmission line corridor. Access 1/2 and 1/1 south from SE 3rd St
via the transmission line corridor.
Poles 0/9 to 0/7
Take the Talbot Hill exit from I-405 and proceed to travel southwest to Talbot Hill Rd. Turn south onto
Talbot Hill Rd, traveling under I-405 for approximately 1,200 feet to South Puget Dr. Turn east on to
South Puget Dr, and follow road up the hill approximately 1.4 miles to the intersection of Edmonds Ave
SE and Royal Hills Dr. SE. Travel northwest on Royal hills Dr. SE approximately 2,000 feet to the
intersection of Harrington Pl SE. Travel north on Harrington Pl SE approximately 900 feet to the
entrance of the Shadow Hawk Condominiums. Access 0/9, 0/8 and 0/7 through the Shadow Hawk
parking lot and via the transmission line corridor.
Poles 0/6 to 0/5
Take the Talbot Hill exit from I-405 and proceed to travel southwest to Talbot Hill Rd. Turn south onto
Talbot Hill Rd, traveling under I-405 for approximately 1,200 feet to South Puget Dr. Turn east on to
South Puget Dr, and follow road up the hill approximately 1.4 miles to the intersection of Edmonds Ave
SE and Royal Hills Dr. SE. Travel northwest on Royal hills Dr. SE approximately 1,000 feet to the
intersection of Cedar Ridge Dr. SE. Travel north on Cedar Ridge Dr. SE approximately 1,500 feet where
the road crosses the transmission line corridror. Access 0/6 and 0/5 via the transmission line corridor.
Poles 0/4 to 0/1
Take the Talbot Hill exit from I-405 and proceed to travel southwest to Talbot Hill Rd. Turn south onto
Talbot Hill Rd, traveling under I-405 for approximately 1,200 feet to South Puget Dr. Turn east on to
South Puget Dr, and follow road up the hill approximately 1.4 miles to the intersection of Beacon Way S.
Take a hard left onto Beacon Way S and travel northwest approximately 1,250 feet to Puget Sound
Energy’s Talbot Hill Substation property. Cedar Ridge Dr. SE. Access 0/4, 0/3, 0/2 and 0/ via the
transmission line corridors and substation property.
