The RMAC has had a chance to go over the request information and sketch and reply with an approve or disapprove. The RMAC has voted to approve the longhorn steer and the star behind the bucking bronco that fall outside the sign code and into the Arts Commission's view. Renton Western Wear will be repainting their building, replacing wall signs and current graphics with updated images. The Arts Commission was asked to approve the "art images" for the cowboy on the horse and long horn bull image (see attached sketches). The owners, Gina Kavesh or Jerry Kavesh, will be submitting sign permits soon (if they haven't already) and are aware of this approval. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information to allow this project to move forward. THANK YOU!
