This project will remove approximately 300 linear feet of the 10 foot wide concrete walkway, and replace it with a reinforced concrete walkway that will be eight feet wide. The demolished walkway will be disposed of properly, along with the surface tree roots underlying the walk, which will be cut and removed. This project type is considered to be a normal maintenance or repair of existing structures or developments. Work is anticipated to occur between March 5, 2010 and March 31, 2010. No other permits are required for this work. The walkway is a part of the paved Cedar River Trail, a walking path connecting Logan Avenue South and Bronson Way North. There are no special features of this site, and its location is approximately 20 feet from the top of the left bank of the Cedar River, and approximately 40 feet from the ordinary high water mark of the shoreline. It is located within the open park space between the Cedar River and 55 Williams Condominium. The total construction cost for this project is $32,305.20 Submitted by: Todd Black, Parks Division Print Map Page 0 0 King County Navigation Bar (text navigation at bottom) II Parcel Map and Data II A1fRPOf4T WAY ,1' # ul Rento' i4 e N2NOST a TORN ST rn _ u I iLU (G) 201 647'<ing Gaunty I— N jry j ec.t- 0 tojav- P'I Ve-r lrai http://www5.kingcou-nty.gov/parcelviewer/Print—Process.asp Page l of 1 lfV\ oIV, e4 c'V- 3/3/2010 ----- z A1fRPOf4T WAY ,1' # ul Rento' i4 e N2NOST a TORN ST rn _ u I iLU (G) 201 647'<ing Gaunty I— N jry j ec.t- 0 tojav- P'I Ve-r lrai http://www5.kingcou-nty.gov/parcelviewer/Print—Process.asp Page l of 1 lfV\ oIV, e4 c'V- 3/3/2010 Is 1. . 07-772 to 0 a O7 N i pl n E o v z m C m m m `nN QS l3 'D m 0 = Y Y 2 It N V! f- (tC7 rP a N ` Y 'C d c _j Fi in E in 02 Q !
