The subject site is a 4,349 square foot lot in the Residential -8 dwelling units per acre (R-8) Zone. The proposed project is within 200-feet of the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM), but no closer than any portion of the existing house. The proposed carport would be of wood-frame construction, one- story in height with a shed roof using composition shingles. The proposed work would take approximately four weeks to complete and would occur during 2011.
