The type size used for the land record number should be smaller than that used for the land use action number. I Show two direct ties to the City of Renton Survey Control Network. The geometry will be checked by the city when the ties have been provided. Currently there are two such monuments shown but one of them is miss labeled, should be #1503. In addition, the survey just shows the platted distances and not measured distances. Please provide a bearing a distance from the center of the cul-de-sac to one of the NE corner of Lot 50. Include a statement of equipment and procedures used, per WAC 332-130-100. Note the date the existing city monuments were visited, per WAC 332-130-050, and what was found.
