Scope of Work
Energy efficiency measures under Contract No. 2017-299 G(1-1) will include energy efficiency
improvements to replace interior lighting,including any and all necessary ancillary equipment. The
ESCO will perform a detailed engineering design as needed to obtain Owner review and approval of
the proposed systems and to obtain bids as required. The ESCO will provide construction
management, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals. All work is per the City of Renton Energy
Services Proposal dated July 18, 2017.
Schedule For Completion
Final completion 90 days from execution of this Amendment.
