This cost includes providing a Test Sample/Mock-up in adjacent pump room or storage room. Includes standard surface prep and cleaning. Our previously submitted extra work price for this additional work of$5,604.92 as shown on our proposal dated 2/5/18 is now reduced by$2K as shown below for the credit associated with the mow curb discrepancy.Lump sum price is as follows: TOTAL LUMP SUM PRICE $ 3,604.92 • We request an additional 2-Contract Day to procure materials &complete this ADDED scope of work. This price EXCLUDES Washington State Sales Tax,existing concrete surfacing sand-blasting,grinding or any other extensive preparation.
