ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE: 12/1/2017
This Change Order amends the above-referenced contract (the "Agreement"). All
provisions of the Agreement that are not inconsistent with this Change Order shall remain in
effect.
For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the Agreement is
modified as follows:
1. Original Section I of the Agreement,entitled "Scope of Services," is hereby
deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following:
Scope of Services: Contractor will provide all material and labor necessary to
perform all work described in the revised proposal dated March 6, 2018 which is
attached and fully incorporated into this Agreement by reference as
"Attachment A-Revised!' The scope does not include the two"optional line
items" listed in Attachment A-Revised. All work will be performed on the areas
identified as"Helicopter pavement marking plan" in Attachment S. All work will
conform to the standards and procedures set forth in Attachment A-Revised.
2. "Attachment A"to the original Agreement is deleted.
3. The contract amount and time for performance provisions of Agreement Section
3"Time of Performance,"Agreement Section 4 "Term of Agreement,"and Agreement Section 5
"Agreement Sum,"are hereby modified as shown in the following table:

4. Contractor agrees to waive any protest it may have regarding this Change Order
and acknowledges and accepts that this Change Order constitutes final settlement of all claims
of any kind or nature arising from or connected with any work either covered or affected by this
Change Order, including, without limitation, claims related to contract time, contract
acceleration,onsite or home office overhead,or lost profits. This Change Order,unless otherwise
provided,does not relieve the Contractor from strict compliance with any and all guarantee and
warranty provisions of the Agreement.
5. All acts consistent with the authority of the Agreement, previous Change Orders
(if any), and this Change Order, prior to the effective date of this Change Order, are hereby
ratified and affirmed, and the terms of the Agreement, previous Change Orders(if any),and this
Change Order shall be deemed to have applied.
6. If this Change Order revises the contract sum under the Agreement, the
Contractor will adjust the amount of its surety bonds(if any)for this project to be consistent with
the revised contract sum.
7. Contractor accepts all terms and requirements of this Change Order by signing
below.
