The location of the area of the easement for public sidewalk purposes is more particularly described in
EXHIBIT"A"and depicted in EXHIBIT"B",which are attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference;
for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, installing, repairing, replacing, and maintaining a retaining wall
for public sidewalk.
This easement shall run with the land described herein,and shall be binding upon the parties,their heirs,
successors in interest and assings.Grantors covenant that they are the lawful owners of the above properties
and that they have a good and lawful right to execute this agreement.

described line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot,thence S 89°23'50"E along the north line of
said Lot 1 a distance of 3.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence S 01°02'25" W parallel with the west line of said Lot 1 a distance of 47.00 feet;
Thence S 88°56'15" E parallel with the south line of said Lot 1 a distance of 3.00 feet;
