Description of Work
As-Built Drafting Services.
The Local Agency of City of Renton
desires to supplement the agreement entered in to with KPG, P.S.
and executed on 11/05/2014 and identified as Agreement No. CAG-14-146
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:
The General Scope of Work of the Original Agreement is supplemented to include the attached Exhibit A.

Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days
for completion of the work to read: Remains unchanged - 12/31/2019.
III
Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows:
See attached Exhibit A.
as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part of this supplement.

AS-BUILT DRAFTING SERVICES
SUPPLEMENT 10
SCOPE OF WORK
JUNE, 2018
A. PROJECT DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND
The City of Renton ("City") has a desire to enter into a supplemental design agreement
with KPG ("Consultant") for as-built drafting services not captured in previous
supplements. This supplemental scope addresses the additional work related to changes
in the overall scope of the project that includes the following tasks:
u Review of as-built construction documentation, plans, and exhibits
u Drafting services to prepare as-built drawings
Deliverables prepared by the Consultant are identified at the end of each task.
B. SCOPE OF WORK
WORK ELEMENT 1—MANAGEMENT/COORDINATION/ADMINISTRATION
1.1 The Consultant will provide continuous project management for the project
duration of the project through the completion of each work element.
1.2 The Consultant will prepare monthly progress reports identifying work completed
in the previous month, work in progress, upcoming work elements, and reporting
of any delays, problems, or additional information needs. These reports will be
submitted with the Consultant invoices.

WORK ELEMENT 2—AS-BUILT DRAFTING SERVICES
2.1 Review of As-Built Construction Documentation — In advance of the as-built
drafting activities, the Consultant will review documentation, field work
directives, and redlines provided by the construction management team.
2.2 As-Built Drafting Services—The Consultant will prepare as-built drawings based on
the provided documentation in WE 2.1. The as-built drawings will show the
following:

o Redlines drafted in CAD
o Field Work Directive Exhibits drafted in CAD
