1. Call To Order:
Chair Jim Phelan called the meeting to order at 4:28 p.m.

Moved by Bill Larson and Seconded by Andee lorgensen. Carried.

C. Request by Police Officer candidate Patrick O'Keefe to be reestablished to the Entry Level Police Officer
Eligibility List*- Mr. O'Keefe provided input on why he felt he should be reestablished to the Entry
Level Police Officer Eligibility list. Deputy VanValey explained that he supported the reinstatement so
the department could continue with the background process on candidate O'Keefe. Commissioner
Beden moved and Commissioner Matthew seconded to reinstate Patrick O'Keefe to the Entry Level
Police Officer Eligibility List.
