minutes. Carried.

A. Commissioners Jim Matthew and Jim Phelan have been reappointed for a six year term by Mayor
Denis Law.**
B. Andee nominated Jim Phelan for Civil Service Chair and Bill Larson for Vice Chair. Seconded by Jim
Matthew. Motion carried.
C. The 2017 Civil Service meeting dates were presented for approval. Jim Matthew moved to approve
the meeting dates, and Andee Jorgensen seconded. Motion carried

A. Firefighter Marcus Rismiller submitted an appeal of his scores during the recent Fire Lieutenant exam.
Commissioner Matthew moved to deny the appeal and Seconded by CommissionerJorgensen.
