Chair Jim Phelan called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Andee Jorgensen and Seconded by Bill Larson to approve the March 28, 2017 meeting minutes.

1. Call To Order:
Chair Jim Phelan called the meeting to order at 4:31 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Andee lorgensen and Seconded by Bill Larson to approve the March 28, 2017 meeting minutes.
Carried.
3. Unfinished Business:
A. Continuance of Scheduled Hearing for Firefighter Smith*
This item was deferred until later in the meeting after the Executive Session. Brent moved to
authorize the Secretary of the Commission to issue an order to set the Hearing for Firefighter
Smith as firm for August 15 and 16, 2017. Seconded by Jim Matthew. Motion Carried.
4. New Business:
A. Fire Captain Eligibility List*and Examination Report**
MOVED BY: Bill Larson SECONDED BY: Andee Jorgensen MOT/ON CARRIED
5. Other Business/Comments
The Commission went into an Executive Session at 4:40 and reconvened at 4:55. No action was taken.
