Chair Jim Phelan called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Bill Larson and Seconded by Jim Matthew to approve the June 27, 2017 meeting minutes. Carried.
3. Unfinished Business:
A. Moved by Andee Jorgensen and Seconded by Jim Matthew to approve the revised Police Civil Service
Rules. Carried.

2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by lim Matthew and Seconded by Bill Larson to approve the May 23, 2017 meeting minutes. Carried.
3. Unfinished Business:
A. Series promotion of NickAlonzo to Deputy Fire Marshall ll**
e. Chief Marshall provided information and confirmed to the Commission the intent of the RFA
Governing eoard that Non-Represented staff were not going to be under Civil Service. It was
recommended that this information should be included in the Civil Service Rules for the RFA.
