Chair Jim Phelan called the meeting to order at 4:16 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Bill Larson and Seconded by Jim Matthew to approve the September 26, 2017 meeting minutes
with the correction of Bill Larson under New Business. Carried.
3. Unfinished Business:
None

Commissioner Larson moved to delay any action on this agenda item to a meeting when all the
Commissioners are present at the meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Matthew. Motion Carried
5. Other Business/Comments
Commissioners asked if there were any updates regarding Commissioner Jorgensen. It was reported that
Andee's family requested not to receive phone calls. Commissioners expressed concern and requested the
Secretary to reach out to her in the future regarding her status

Deputy Chief Gunsolus reported they intend to hire six firefighters from this eligibility list.

The RFA reported that Jerry Johnson will be retiring December 29, 2017 and Gary Harsh will be promoted
to Captain. The Fire Station design progress was discussed.
