Includes new roadway, curbs, pedestrian-bicycle path, drainage, signals, lighting, signing and channelization. The City of Renton travel demand model predicts traffic volumes increasing significantly in the North Renton Area in the near future. One of the recommendations to improve northbound access to Lake Washington Blvd is to convert Houser Way N to a two-way operations, between N 8th St and Lake Washington Blvd. A conceptual layout of the two-way approach to the intersection of Houser Way and Lake WA Blvd has been completed.
