Chair Brent Beden called the meeting to order at 4:16 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Bill Larson and Seconded by Jim Matthew to approve the March 27, 2018 meeting minutes. Carried.

A. Latera/Police Officer Eligibility List*and Examination Report**

8. Police Sergeant Eligibility List*and Examination Report**

C. Proposed language change to CivilService Rule 7.01a—Qualifications of Applicants. CommissionerJim
Matthew moved to approve the proposed changes. Seconded by Bill Larson.
D. Changes to all Civil Service Classifications, except for Sergeant and Commander
i. Add "or a lawful permanent resident" language to the Police Officer and Electronic
Home Detention Coordinator classifications based on SBL 6145*
ii. Add "United States Citizen or a lawful permanent resident" to all other classifications
except Sergeant and Commander. The other classifications currently do not list "United
States Citizen" as a requirement. Sergeants and Commanders should already have been
vetted for that requirement since they were promoted up from Police Officer. Commis-
sioner Jim Matthew moved to approve the changes. Seconded by Bill Larson.
