Chair,Jim Phelan called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Review of the minutes from the December 20, 2011 meeting.

POLICE DEPARTMENT:

2) New eusiness:
A.J Approval of the Entry Level Police Officer Eligibility List.

B.J Chief Examiner, Brian Sandler announced that the City was not going to conduct oral boards for Entry
Level Police Officer in 2012 and therefore has placed the contract with Public Safety Testing for the Entry
Level Police Officer candidates on hold. Chief Milosevich explained this was due to a few factors. The City
may need to pay more of the cost of the academy and there are expected budget restraints in 2013. The
Department was going to continue to conduct oral boards and establish a list for Lateral candidates. Also,
an Entry List has been established and there are currently sufficient amount of candidates on the list.
