ADDENDUM # 01-88
LEASE AGREEMENT
(City of Renton to Boeing Employees Flying Association, Inc.)
THIS INDENTURE OF LEASE executed in triplicate, effective as of March 1, 1988,
by and between the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as LESSOR; and the BOEING EMPLOYEES FLYING ASSOCIATION,
hereinafter referred to as LESSEE:
WITNESSETH:
PREMISES LEASED:
WHEREAS the above parties have heretofore entered into and executed a certain
lease agreement, effective as of January 1, 1987, namely LAG 001-87, further
reference being had thereto, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and desirable to amend this lease by adding certain
exhibits as detailed below,
NOW THEREFORE it is hereby agreed and covenanted between the parties as
follows:
1. ACCESS AGREEMENT:
The ground lease area adjacent to the Lessee's property at the north end has
been reassigned by the Lessor to Bruce J. Leven (ref. Lease LAG #001-88) .
Lessor's approval of that new lease was conditioned upon Mr. Leven reaching an
agreement with the Lessee ref. right of access to Lessee's fuel storage
facility. Since the resultant Agreement does in fact contain commitments by
both Mr. Leven and the Lessee regarding mutual provision of access rights,
said Agreement is being added to this Lease LAG 001-87 as well as to Mr.
Leven's lease (LAG 001-88) and this lease is amended to approve and
incorporate said access agreement.
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth
herein.
2. APPLICABILITY OF ORIGINAL LEASE:
All other terms, conditions, and provisions of Lease Agreement LAG 001-87
dated January 1, 1987, unless specifically modified and amended by this
agreement and upon becoming effective, shall remain in full force and effect.
