ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT
(City of Renton to Bruce J. Leven)
THIS ADDENDUM to Lease Agreement L G #001-88 is effective as of March
1, 1992 and entered into this 5/0, day of ltd, , , 199/.3
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, the City of Renton, as Lessor, and Bruce J. Leven, as Lessee, did, on
March 12, 1992, agree to the decrease of the square footage of the Lessee's leased
premises from 60,186.95 square feet to 48,778.57 square feet, and
WHEREAS,the Lessor and Lessee agreed that Bruce J. Leven was released from
all lease obligations for the 11,408.38 square foot parcel transferred to Lease Agreement
LAG-005-91, and
WHEREAS, during September 1992 an error was discovered in the legal
description, Exhibit A-3, and the drawing of the revised leased parcel, Exhibit B to
Addendum 02-92, to wit, the length of the easterly boundary line was not reduced from
190.00 feet to 167.50 feet as a result of the movement of the northerly parcel boundary
line a distance of 22.50 feet in a southerly direction, and
WHEREAS, a revised legal description, Exhibit A, and drawing, Exhibit B, are
required to correct the error.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND COVENANTED BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF RENTON AND BRUCE J. LEVEN AS FOLLOWS:
WITNESSETH:
1. The Lessor and Lessee do hereby agree that the square footage of the Lessee's
leased premises subject to this lease is decreased from 60,186.95 square feet to 48,778.57
square feet, the result of the transfer to Lease Agreement LAG 005-91 of 11,408.38
square feet from Lease Agreement LAG 001-88, the new total leased premises area
constituting the square footage as described by the legal description hereto attached and
made a part hereof.

2. All other terms and conditions of the original Lease Agreement shall remain
in full force and effect.

Commencing at a point 10 feet northerly of the intersection of the West Margin of Lake
Avenue South (formerly Lake Street) with the centerline of Airport Way S. (formerly Dixie
Avenue according to the plat of Renton Real Estate First Addn. as recorded in Volume 21, Page
50 Records of King County Washington);
