Amendment Description:
With the availability of additional Land and Water Conservation Fund program funds, the Project Agreement
referenced above is amended to increase the grant amount by$29,240. This increase provides a total grant of
$500,000 for full funding of the project. Sponsor Match is increased proportionally per the original grant.
