Construction Stormwater Permit Transfer and Monitoring
John,
After reviewing the permit transfer and monitoring requirements please see the below cost
for monitoring along with the scope of work.
• Weekly reporting to the DOE through their web portal
• Inspections for the year duration of the permit.
o 1 inspection required per week.
o Required to inspect within 24 hrs of any precipitation.
o During the winter months this could result in a site visit every day
• Maintaining an onsite log book and plan set per the DOE permit
The cost per visit for the inspections and required monitoring/reporting is proposed at
$1,070/ea. Laser anticipates there will be a total of 84 visits needed when looking at the
summer and winter months. This number could go up or down depending on the weather
season we have.
The total anticipated cost for the permit and monitoring is $89,880.00 plus applicable
WSST.
