The Highlands Commu�ityAssociatron founderand Presiderrt, Heidi Carson, is requesting to hald the group's morrthy mee�ings at the Highfands Neighborhood Cerrter and waiv�e fh� normal usage fee. These meetings will be held the fourth Thursday of each manth.
