AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, VACATING A
PORTION OF THE ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN NORTH 30TH STREET AND
NORTH 31ST STREET (CANNON - VAC 003-90) .
WHEREAS, a proper petition for vacating a portion of the alley
located between North 30th Street and North 31st Street was duly
filed with the City Clerk on or about August 22 , 1990 , and said
petition having been signed by the owners representing more than
two-thirds ( 2/3 ) of the property abutting upon such street sought to
be vacated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No . 2824 passed and
0 approved on November 19 , 1990 , and after due investigation did fix

P- and determine the day of December 17 , 1990 , at the hour of 7 : 30 p .m.
r4in the City Council Chambers of the City of Renton to be the time
and place for a public hearing thereon, and the City Clerk having
given due notice of such hearing in the manner provided by law, and
all persons having been heard appearing in favor or in opposition
thereto, and the City Council having considered all information and
arguments presented to it; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works of the City of Renton having
duly considered said petition for said vacation, and having found
same to be in the public interest and for the public benefit, and no
injury or damage to any person or properties will result from such
vacation,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
ORDINANCE NO . 4320
SECTION I . The following described street, to wit :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth herein .
SECTION II . The City Council hereby elects to charge a
$600 . 00 administrative fee for processing of the vacation to be
shared by all property owners .
SECTION III . This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after its publication .
A certified copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with the
Office of Records and Elections , and as otherwise provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 1st day of July ,
1991 .

All that portion of an alleyway, having a width of 12 feet, lying between lots 4 through 25
inclusive on the north and lots 26 through 47 inclusive on the south, within Block 14 of C.D.
Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 1 as recorded in Volume 11 of
Plats, Page 63 records of King County Washington; and lying westerly of the westerly right-
of-way line of Park Avenue North, extended and easterly of the southerly extension of the east
line of lot 3 from the southeast corner of Lot 3 to the northeast corner of lot 48 of Block 14, of
said plat.
