RE: COR 401, Perimeter Drain Cleanouts
Mr, Nolan,
The following proposal is for time and materials to design a workable solution and source
materials to provide a finished cleatiout at 4 each 3" stubs installed by the interior footing
drain contractor. As discussed on -site the existing stubs are not plumb to finished floor
and for that reason the flatness of the cleanout cover may not match exactly to finished
floor.
The total cost of this item is; $2,200
The total effect of this item on schedule is: Work to be completed within current contract
timefiame.
This pricing is good for 30 days.
