RE: COR 03: Grout Injection at Electrical Panel
Mr. Nolan,
The following proposal is to provide hydrophobic polyurethane grout injection around
conduit penetrations and any cracks or voids accessible at the electric panel located in the
Carco Theater basement.
As part of this process we would utilize an epoxy surface seal to remain in place upon
completion of the injection as a secondary barrier to prevent moisture migration to the
finished space above.
As discussed, due to the unusual configuration of and accessibility to the as -built
conditions there are no guarantees that this process will be 100% effective, though it is
likely to stop much of the moisture currently migrating to this area.
The total cost of this item ist $1,330
