QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE; WITNTESSETH• That we, King County School District No. 403 , a
municipal corporation , of King County, State of Wa.shin r=ton, for and
in consideration of the sum of One " 1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit -claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington., for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
That portion of Blocks 16A and 17 of the Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands No. 2 as
recorded in Vol. 57 of Plats, on Pages 92 to 98 incl., within the following described
60.0 feet right-of-way lying southerly of 7th Ave. No., as established by said corrected
Plat of. Renton Highlands No. 2 - A 60.0 ft. right=of-way, the centerline of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at the center of Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 mast W.M.; thence South
0009120" Fast, a distance of 2.08.79 ft.; thence South 89050140" '�fest, a distance of 30.0
feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 89050'40" West, a distance
of 76.78 feet; thence along an are to the left, having a radius of 849.52 feet, a distance
of 459.40 feet; thence South 58050'45" West, a distance of 84.44 feet, to an intersection
with the centerline of t'Kt' Street.
TO HAVE AND TO HOID the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
