CAG-97-004 ADDENDUM #05- IS
This fifth addendum ("Addendum #05- t9 ")to LAG-97-004 is agreed to on this day of
2 _ ("Effective Date"), by and between the City of Renton, a noncharter code
city under RCW 35A, and a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington
("Renton"), and Verizon Wireless (VAW) LLC, d/b/a Verizon Wireless ("Tenant" or "Lessee").
Renton and Tenant are collectively referred to as the "Parties".
The Parties mutually agree to amend their Option and Site Lease Agreement LAG 97-004 as
amended by prior addenda #01-97, #02-97, #03-11 and #04-14/#04-15 (the "Agreement")to
accommodate Lessee's request to replace its telecommunication equipment at the Highlands
Water Reservoir Site also referred to as Lessee's Site ID: SEAQ Honey Dew, located at 3410 NE
12tn Street, Renton, WA 98056.
NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual terms and covenants previously exchanged,
the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Exhibits C and C-4 of Addendum #03-10 to LAG-97-004 consisting of Site Equipment
located at the Premises is amended and supplemented with Exhibit C-5 attached and
fully incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
2. All terms of the Agreement and Amendments not explicitly modified herein shall remain
in full force and effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this
Amendment as if fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties agree that this addendum, once executed, takes effect on
the Effective Date noted above.
