This notice attaches to the real property that the records of King County, Washington, legaily
describe as follows:
PARCEL 3, KIN6 COUNTY SHORT PLAT NO. 674217, RECORDED UNDER
RECORDING NUMBER 7603170525, IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON. '
NOTICE:
Robert Wilson and Doravin Wilson, husband and wife, ("Grantors"), owners of the above-
mentioned property, covenant that pursuant to a settlement agreement reached with the City
of Renton, Washington, the expiration date for Wilson Park 1 Preliminary Plat, City of Renton
File No. LUA-09-140 ("Wilson Park 1"), was extended to luly 5, 2019. Further, Grantors
covenant that they knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily waived all rights they would otherwise
have had to seek any further extensions for Wilson Park 1 beyond the July 5, 2019 expiration.
Further, Grantors covenant that they knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily agreed that as of

August 17, 2018, Wilson Park 1 is no longer a vested land use permit application subject to the
development regulations in effect on the date of the application or the date of preliminary plat
approval, and that Wilson Park 1 shall meet all City of Renton laws, regulations, standards, and
specifications in effect as of August 17, 2018.
This covenant shall run with the land and is binding on all successors, heirs, and assigns.
This covenant expires on July 6, 2019.
