Q WHF:REAS a proper petition for vacat�ng a portion of Camns Avc. Nl�.,

� Renton, King County, Washington, was duly filed with the City Clcrk on or tii�out
� Merch 21, 1979, and seid petition having been signed by owners representing more than
� two-thirds of the property abuttir►g upon such street sought to be vacated; nnc9
WHERF.AS the City Counctl by Resolution No. 2262 passed and npproved on
April 2, 19?9, and after due investigation, d3d fix and determine the 2tst da,y of May,
1979, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of the City of lienton
to be the time and place for a public hearing thereon, and the City Clerk having given
due notice of auch hearing in the manner provided by law, and all persons having been
heard apQearing in favor or in opposition thereto; and
WHEAEAS the Department of Public Works and the Pianning Ilep+artment
of the City of ftenton having duly considered said petition for said vncation, and havin?
found same to be in the public interest and Por the public benefit, end no injury or
damage to any person or properties will result from such vecetions;

WASHING'fON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
