practicing Attorney at Law duly admitted to practice law in the State of Washington, to serve as
Judge Pro Tempore in the Renton Municipal Court. Service may be during any absence or
disability of the judge of the court or subsequent to a filing of an affidavit of prejudice or, in
addition to the judge when administration of justice and the accomplishment of the work of the
court make it necessary.
