We would like the City of Renton to remove the condition to place the retained trees within a Tract on
Lots 5 & 6. This requirement would make the lots almost unbuildable with the required setbacks.
Please accept this letter as a formal Request for Reconsideration in accordance with the
Administrative Report & Decision for Skyhorse Short Plat.
Give us a call to discuss the options; possibly we could remove the excess trees on Lots 5 & 6.
