AT NO TIME SHALL CURBS, GUTTERS OR HANDICAP BE DISTURBED. 18.DOOR HANGERS ARE TO BE PLACED A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION. 19. PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR SHALL PLACE MESSAGE BOARDS STATING LANE CLOSURES, AND DELAYS A WEEK IN ADVANCE.
