SUBJ: Off -Site 96-inch Wetwell Interior Wasser Aeroshield Coating
Dear Michael / Alex,
Per your request, listed below is our Cost Proposal Summary to apply (Roll -On) the 96-inch Wetwell
Interior Coating at the Granite Precast Yard in Bellingham, WA. This cost will include Granite Precast
providing us an open space area in their yard to complete this work, and WCCL Systems' travel time,
overtime and vehicle charges to go to & from Bellingham. Price will also include Granite Precasts'
additional handling and moving these large 96-inch Wetwell Pieces in their yard prior to shipping.
Back-up documentation from WCCL Systems & Granite Precast, attached.
Summary of costs are as follows:

• Due to the additional concrete cure time required prior to applying the Wasser
Aeroshield Coating, we request an additional 14-Working Day to complete this
added scope of work.

Please note that Granite Precast can provide us an open space in their yard to apply this Wasser
Aeroshield Coating, however it will still not be in a controlled environment. WCCL Systems will look
for a dry -weather window and will provide tents, tarps and portable heaters during the completion of this
work. For your convenience, allowable contractor mark-up for Force Account has been added per
Section 1-09.6 of the 2018 WSDOT Standard Specifications. Total cost to the City of Renton for
completing this ADDED Scope of Work is $2,964.00, excluding sales tax.
Please issue us a Work Authorization and Change Order so that we can schedule & coordinate this work.

Regarding interior coating of the 96" Wet Well interior coating
Granite Precast will offer an area to coat the interior of the wet well and offer the service of moving
the parts around for the coater fo $1000.
This will not be a covered area as we do not have that available.
The expectation is: This is a rolled on coating. Air Quality NW monitors our yard and if it is not rolled
on we will need to further evaluate how to get this done.
All sand blasting material and masking is picked up and disposed of.

Sorry for the delay, Marc has limited email access today.
The travel and mileage will b
6 hrs @ overtime rate of $225.00 per hr. = $1,350.00
Per the attachment from Granite, I don't think Marc will be needing the services for moving parts around but I
will get this confirmed.
