That portion of Jefferson Avenue N.E. ( formerly known as "J" Street )
as shown on the Replat of Blocks 12, 13, 14, 36, 37 and 38 of the Corrected
Plat of Renton Highlands No. 2 according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 59 of plats, pa�es 52 and 53, records of King County, Washington;
also as shown on the Plat of Fred Akers Real Estate No. 1 accordin� to the
plat thereof recorded in Volume 63 of plats, page 72, records of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of lot 5 of said plat of Fred Akers
Real Estate No. l; thence S 52°51'00" E along the easterly margin of said
Jefferson Avenue N.E. ( "J" Street ) a distance of 32.05 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; thence southerly along said easterly margin alonR a
