W�iEREAS a proper petition for vacating a portion of N .W�. 4th
Street , Renton, Kirlg County , G7as�in�ton, was duly filed with the

pCity Clerk on or about April 19 , 1982 , and sain petition having
c`' been signed Uy the owners re�resenting more than t�ao-thirds (2/3)

� of the propert}� abutting upon such street sought to be vacated ; and

WHEREAS the City Council by Resolution No . 2452 passed and
approved on May 3 , 1982 , and aiter due investigation , did fix and
determine the 7th day of June , 1982 , at the hour of �i : 00 P .P4.
in the City Council Chambers of tne City of Renton to be the time
and place for a public hearing thereon , and the City Clerk having
give� due notice of such hearin� in the manner provided by law,
and all persons having been heard appearing in favor or in
opposition thereto ; and the City Council having considered ali
information and argur�ents presented L-o it , and
C�7I�iEREAS the Department of Public Works of the City of Renton
havinh duly considered said petition for said vacation, and
having found sarne to be in tne public interest and for the puUlic
benefit , and no injury or damage to any person or pronerties will
result from such vacation ;
