� W�IEREAS a proper petition for vacatin�; a portion of

1?ardie Avenue Id. t�J. (south of N.W. 5th Street) , Renton , I�ing County ,

� Washington , was duly filed with the City Clerk on or about Septemher

� II , 1982 , and said petition havin� been signed by the owners representi
more than two-thirds (2/3rd) of the property abutting upon such street
sought to be vacated ; and
WHEREAS the City Council by Resolution No . 2480 passed
and approved on October 25 , 1982 , and after due investi�ation , did
fix and determine the 22nd day of November , 1982 at the hour of
8 : 00 P .M. in the City Council C'nambers of the City of Renton to be
the time and place for a public hearing thereon , and the City Clerk
having �iven due notice of such hearing in the manner provided by
law, and all persons having been heard appearing in favor or in
opposition thereto ; and the City Council having considered all
information and arguments presented to it , and
WHEP.EAS the Board of Public LJorks of the City of Renton
having duly considered said petiLion for said vacation , and havin�,
found same to be in the public interest and for the public benefit ,
and no injury or damage to any person or properties will result from
such vacations ; ��

91st Avenue S. anci also as Ohio Avenue ) as uedicated on the plat
of Latimer s Lake Park Addition as recorded in Volume 18 of plats ,
page 63 , records of King County, f�ashinEton;
Lying between Block 18 and Block 21 of said plat,
and Lying southerly of a straight line extending from the northeast
corner of lot 16 of said Block 18 to the northwest corner of lot 1
of said Block 21 ,
and Lying northerly of a line described as follows : Beginning at the
