AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
VACATZNG BLOCK 9 BURLINGTON NORTHERN INDUSTRIAL

pWHEREAS a proper petition for vacating Block 9 Burlingtfln
p Northern Industrial Park Renton II , was duly filed with the City
�
� G2erk on or about October 7 , 1983 , and sa'id petition having been
�
signed by the owners of such Plat sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS the City Council did fix and determine the 21st day
of November, 1983, at the hour of 8 :00 P.ri. in the City Council
Chambers of the City of Renton to be the time and place for a public
hearing thereon, and the City Clerk having given due notice of such
hearing in the manner provided by law, and all persons havi.ng been
heard appearing in favor or in opposition thereto ; and the City
Couneil having considered all information and arguments presente�
to it , and
WHEREAS the Board of Public Works of the City of Renton having
duly considered said petition for said vacation, and �aving fflund
same to be �.n the public interest and for the public benefit,
and no injury or damage to any person or properties will result
from such vacaction.

according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 111 of plats, pages 42 to 44,
records of King County, Washington, lying East of the East line of the P-1 �
Channel as shown on said plat and lying West of the East line of the Southwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
W.M. , in King County, Washington,
TOGETHER WITH all interior streets Longview Avenue South and S.W. 38th Street
within said Block 9, which are not previous1y vacated.
