AMENDMENT NO 1 TO MAPLEWOOD GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE
LEASE AND CONCESSION AGREEMENT

THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT �AG-15-002, is made this � day of .Q-G�w���2018
(Effective Date) is by and between the City of Renton (City), a Washington municipal corporation, and
Northwest Restaurant Experience, Inc. (Concessionaire). The City and Concessionaire are referred to
collectively in this Agreement as the "Parties."
Whereas, the City engaged the services of Concessionaire under LAG-15-002 (Agreement) dated March
20, 2015 to provide concession services to the Golf Course Clubhouse and the parties wish to adjust
seasonal opening times.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon by the Parties that�AG-14-084 is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph F. 4 of Article F Concessionaire's Obli�ations- is amended to add the following
additional paragraph:
A seasonal change in opening hours shall be in effect from November 2018 through February
2019. Opening hours will be adjusted to 8a.m. Monday — Friday, and 7a.m. on Saturday and
Sunday. Events may require earlier opening service and will be coordinated by golf course
management and concessionaire. Concessionaire will provide coffee and related
supplies/equipment to golf course for customers prior to restaurant opening. Both parties, The
City of Renton and Northwest Restaurant Experience, Inc. will review operations during the
revised hours schedule and should performance of revised schedule be acceptable, and at the
request of Northwest Restaurant Experience, Inc., to extend future use of the seasonal schedule
in future years.
2. All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and effect and
such terms shall apply to this Amendment as if fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the effective
date above.
