Ms. Moya,
Please forward this email to the representatives of the City and Quadrant homes in the Solera Master Plan
application, LUA18-000490, SA-M, PP, CU-H, MOD. Also, please mail or email this email order along with a
copy of the reconsideration requests to all other parties of record, which are composed of Ralph Evans, who
testified at the hearing, in addition to any other person (not representing the Applicant) who signed their name
and address to the sign in sheet of the hearing.
-From the Hearing Examiner:
The City and Applicant have both filed requests for reconsideration dated December 21, 2018 for the Final
Decision issued for the Solera Master Plan application, LUA18-000490, SA-M, PP, CU-H, MOD. All parties of
record may submit a response to the reconsideration requests by 5:00 pm, January 9, 2019. Replies from the
parties making the requests are due by 5:00 pm, January 11, 2019. Responses and replies must be received by
Cynthia Moya at the Renton City Clerk's Office by the deadlines imposed by this order. Delivery may be by
email, hand delivery or mail. Ms. Moya's email address is cmoya@rentonwa.gov.
