ADDENDUM NO.3
ENGINEERING CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL. SERVICES
for
Airport Master Plan Update, CAG-14-126
This Addendum is made and entered into this 14TH, day of December 2018 by and between the City
of Renton, hereinafter called the "City", and Mead and Hunt, whose address is, ,1616 East 1Sth
Tulsa, OK 74120, hereinafter called the "Consultant".
WHEREAS, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Contract Agreement CAG-14-126,
dated Sep 16, 2014 (the "Agreement"), to provide engineering services necessary for the Airport
Master Plan Update Project; and
WHEREAS, by Addendum No. 2 to the Agreement, the City and Consultant extended the Completion
Time to December 31, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant have determined that additional time beyond December 31, 2018,
is required to complete the Agreement's work items;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Section IV (Time for Beginning and Completion) of the
Agreement; it is mutually agreed as follows:
1. The Completion Date in the Agreement's page one heading is hereby modified to read
"December 31, 2019."
Consultant agrees to waive any protest it may have regarding this Addendum and acknowledges
and accepts that this Addendum constitutes final settlement of all claims of any kind or nature
arising from or connected with any work either covered or affected by this Addendum. This
Addendum, unless otherwise provided, does not relieve the Consultant from strict compliance
with any and all guarantee and warranty provisions of the Agreement.
All provisions of the Agreement that are not inconsistent with this Addendum shall remain in
effect.
4. Consultant accepts all terms and requirements of this Addendum by signing below.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily executed this Addendum which will
become effective on the last date written below.
