AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PERMIT FOR LIMITED USE OF OPERATING
PROPERTY; PSE NO.08-23-05-12172018; CAG-18-276
THIS AMENDMENT, dated January 2, 2019, is by and between the City of Renton ("Permittee"),
a Washington municipal corporation, and Puget Sound Energy, Inc. ("PSE"), a Washington
corporation. Permittee and PSE are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the "Parties."
Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed.
Whereas, Permittee and PSE entered into a Permit for Limited Use of Operating Property, dated
December 20, 2018, regarding certain use by Permittee of PSE's real property (referred to herein
as the "Permit"), and PSE assigned the Permit file number 08-23-05-12172018, and Permittee
assigned the Permit file number CAG-18-276; and
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Permit to change the term of the Permit from December
21, 2018 to January 4, 2019 because Permittee's work did not occur on December 21, 2018 as
originally anticipated.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that the Permit (PSE No. 08-23-05-12172018; CAG-
18-276) is amended as follows:
1. Term: Section 2, Term, is amended to modify the date as follows: "The term of this
permit is for a single day, permit shall begin and end on Per -ember 24-
4948January 4,
2019 (the 'Term')."
2. All terms of the Permit not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.
