SUBJECT: UPDATED "On Hold" Notice

Dear Ms. Gifford:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on March 14, 2018. The review of this project was originally placed “on hold” per the On
Hold letter dated June 11, 2018. Per discussions with Kara Durbin of PSE in November 2018, regarding the submitted Critical Areas Report, additional information, that was not included
in the original On Hold letter, is now required before the City can continue proceed further.
The following updated information will need to be submitted so that we may continue the review of the above subject application:
A Consistency Analysis of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). UPDATE: A kickoff meeting was held with EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. on January 3, 2019. A final
Consistency Analysis completion date is currently scheduled for April 17, 2019, provided the requested information in item # 2 below is received by January 25, 2019. The cost of the
consistency analysis will be paid for by the applicant.
A revised Critical Areas Report outlining either how the proposed project would be exempt from the City’s Critical Areas Regulation or would comply with the adopted regulations for mitigation.
