Call to Order
In the President's absence, Vice President Colleen Lenahan called the meeting to order at 6:45
PM. The meeting was held at the home of Colleen Lenahan, 316 Meadow Ave. N, Renton.
Consent A�enda (Vice President) Action Item
A quorum was present. Trustees agreed to table most of the regular agenda, including
approval of the minutes for November, until the January 29 meeting.
Old Business Action Items
(1) 2019 Budget: Liz Stewart had distributed the 2019 budget draft prior to the meeting.
Liz reminded the Board that the budget as proposed included 3% pay raises for the Curator and
Public Engagement Coordinator, starting January 1 and February 18, respectively. A vote to
approve the budget would include those raises.
* ACTION: Lynne King moved to approve the 2019 budget as submitted; Colleen
Lenahan seconded. All in favor (Jessica Kelly by email proxy), none opposed, none
abstaining. The motion passed.
Mission Moment Information
Liz thanked the Board for their commitment and great ideas in 2018. Colleen thanked Liz and
the staff on behalf of the Board for their hard work this year.

Lynne King moved to adjourn, Liz Stewart seconded. Meeting adjourned at 6:52 pm.
