QUITCLAIM DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES
,. The Grantor, PACIFIC COAST R. R. CO. , a Washington corporation,
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable con-
sideration, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
a municipal corporation, Grantee, an easement for street, utilities
and other related municipal purposes upon, over and across the follow-
ing described property situated in Renton, King County, Washington,
to-wit:
That portion of the north half of Section 8, Township
23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the northeast
quarter of said Section 8; thence south 89°28' 19" east
along the south line of said northeast quarter, being
also the north margin of Eighth Avenue North, acquired
by the City of Renton from Pacific Coast R. R. Co. by
warranty deed dated June 7, 1960, a distance of 391.90
feet, to the true point of beginning; thence north
18°O1'34" west a distance of 1821.83 feet to the point
of curvature of a curve to the left of radius 543.69
feet; thence northwesterly along said curve 28.75 feet;
thence north 71°58'26" east to the southwest margin of
state highway right of way acquired by the State of
Washington from Pacific Coast R. R. Co. by warranty deed
dated September 14, 1956; thence southeasterly along said
southwest margin of state highway right of way to the
south line of said northeast quarter, being also the north
margin of Eighth Avenue North; thence westerly along said
south line of said northeast quarter to the true point of
beginning.
And the Grantor does hereby transfer and convey to the Grantee
all interest of the Grantor in and to all drainage, sewer and water
facilities and other improvements now or hereafter constructed or
installed on the property subject to this conveyance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has caused this instrument
to be executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed this 13th day of November, 1964.

appeared Clark A. Eckart and R. Paul Tjossem, to me known to be the
President and Secretary, respectively, of Pacific Coast R. R. Co. ,
the corporation that executed the within and foregoing instrument,
and acknowledged the said instrument to be the free and voluntary
act and deed of said corporation, for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and on oath stated that they were authorized to execute
said instrument, and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of
said corporation.
