Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-14-126, dated Septernber1G, 2OI4, toprovide necessary services for the Airport Master Man Update P 'ec1 (rofenedtoherein as the "Agreement"); -^ Whereas,the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the scope of work and change the compensation in order to cover the additional planning services and tasks associated with Consultant participation in3O19RAACmeetings. NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-14-126 is amended as follows: 1. Scope of Work:Section 2, Scope of Work, is amended to add work as specified in Exhibit A,which is attached and incorporated herein. 2. Compensation: Section S, Compensation, Exhibit E-1 Phase 2' is amended so that the maximum amount ofcompensation payable to Consultant is increased by $40,641 from $165,073 to $205'714, plus any applicable state and local sales taxes. The additional compensation shall be paid based upon Work actual performed according to the rate(s) o, amounts specified in Exhibit B,which is attached and incorporated herein, 3. All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and effect and such terms shall apply Co Work performed according to this Amendment asif fully set forth herein. Due to schedule delays outside of the Consultant's control, the lump sum budget for Consultant participation in Renton Airport Advisory Committee (RAAC) meetings has been expended. This Scope of Services Amendment covers the additional planning services and tasks associated with Consultant participation in 2019 RAAC meetings. In accordance with the Agreement for Airport Planning Consultant Services, the contract type is lump sum. Project Elements Tied to Project Schedule (Attachment A) The three additional RAAC meetings will be held in May, August and November of 2019 per the attached schedule. Phase 2. Project Management, Coordination & Communication Task 2.4.1 Additional RAAC Meetings Attendance The RAAC is the foundation for stakeholder outreach and is serving as the study input committee for the project. Given the project schedule for completion of the RNT Airport Master Plan, it is anticipated that Master Plan related subjects will be agenda items at three additional RAAC meetings. This task includes Consultant participation in those RAAC meetings. The RAAC meetings will be attended by three(3) Mead & Hunt team staff(with travel and overnight). The staff includes Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and a Senior Advisor. Task 2.4.2 Preparation and Debriefs The Consultant team will support each RAAC meeting by preparing agendas, developing informational materials and exhibits for discussion, participating in a prep session with City and Airport staff, facilitating the RAAC meeting and providing a summary of key RAAC meeting outcomes, member comments and action items. At the May RAAC the Consultant team will present landside alternatives. At the August RAAC the Consultant Team will present full CDP(combination of preferred landside and airfield alternatives)and possibly preliminary financial analysis and environmental screening results. At the November RACC the Consultant Team will present Draft Final Report complete with financial implementation analysis and a phasing plan for capital improvements. Each meeting will include a PowerPoint, possibly boards and other materials depending on how much interaction with RAAC is planned.
